After several years of growth on Amazon, becoming one of the top brands in the baby category on the platform, the Brand's existing market share quickly became threatened by the growing presence of cheaper competition.

Our Strategy

We commenced by thoroughly analyzing the competitive landscape within the Amazon baby market, identifying top products/brands, price points, and promotional strategies to uncover areas of opportunity. Leveraging Algofy's AI PPC advertising platform, we implemented advanced features like smart bidding rules aligned with the brand's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resulting in increased ad sales and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Capitalizing on existing branded traffic on the marketplace, we strategically promoted new product launches while safeguarding sponsored placements atop branded search results. Through ongoing performance reviews, we pinpointed high-performing non-branded keywords such as "baby swaddle" or "portable bassinet," optimizing our ability to capture market share effectively. We focused on creating or sourcing high-quality creative assets for sponsored video and display campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility. Moreover, we targeted sponsored placements on competing product pages to attract customers away from other brands, thereby expanding our market share and solidifying our position in the competitive landscape.
