The Beginning

Since launching in 2008, Giant Loop has become one of the world’s most innovative motorcycle soft luggage and gear makers. However, there was one channel in particular that had been a thorn in its side - Amazon.

Our Strategy

We meticulously corrected product listings for existing offers, resolving issues through extensive interaction with Amazon support. Expanding the brand's product range, we introduced additional items from their catalog to better align with offerings on their Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website. Furthermore, we established and launched the brand's Storefront page, enhancing product listings with A+ content for an elevated shopping experience. To drive further conversions, we initiated a strategic re-launch of sponsored advertising campaigns. Additionally, we enrolled the brand in Amazon Post to boost visibility and generate organic traffic to product listings, augmenting overall brand awareness and market presence.

When a brand comes to what seems to be a dead-end on Amazon, it is critical to identify the key faults in its approach and address them. We focused on improving customer experience by ensuring that product listings are optimized for SEO discovery and conversion. Additionally, we implemented an effective sponsored ads (PPC) strategy and other marketing tactics to help Giant Loop scale.
