Prior to Algofy, Heather's Choice struggled to allocate the resources needed to manage the many aspects of Amazon, including inventory, fulfillment, customer reviews, and ad campaigns. Challenges included little experience with paid ads, struggles to expand the customer base, scale, and adjust to seasonality trends – and they were going through an internal rebranding!
That’s where we stepped in. In 2022, we partnered to help drive the brand’s performance across the marketplace.
We began our efforts on Amazon by fixing product listings and launching additional products from the brand's catalog, which matched existing Heather's Choice DTC offers. The creation and launch of the brand's Amazon Brand Store and adding A+ content to each product listing helped drive additional conversions. Additionally, enrollment in Amazon Post increased awareness and drove organic traffic to product listings. Algofy's top-of-funnel strategy included capitalizing on interest-based and lookalike audiences in social and bidding on non-branded terms in search, maximizing reach.
Through A/B testing and experimenting with different formats, themes, and focuses, Algofy was able to determine the best way to showcase the Heather's Choice product and brand following their rebrand. Taking into consideration past learnings and external factors such as seasonality, stock issues, and distributors, we were able to plan and project budgets and performance, which delivered outstanding results.
Former ads contained high-quality photos but did not have something else to make them stand out when the user is scrolling through the feed.
Through animation, we added beautiful effects that not only make our creatives stand out, but also give more context to the potential buyer about the product.
