Starting with a vision but facing slower sales in the ever-growing, ever-competitive baby category, Lil Fox partnered with Algofy to revamp their Amazon advertising strategy.

Our Strategy

The process focused on understanding the brand's competitive landscape, including competitors' top products, price points, and promotion strategies, which allowed us to identify growth opportunities. We utilized our AI PPC advertising platform to further increase ad sales and ROI, leveraging advanced features like custom smart bidding rules specific to the brand's KPIs. Taking advantage of existing branded traffic on the marketplace was also essential to increase efficiency and the conversion rate. To do this, we promoted new product launches while defending sponsored placements at the top of branded search results pages.

It was necessary to review performance and identify high-performing non-branded keywords, such as "diaper changing pad" or "newborn baby products," to compete for market share. High-quality creative assets were created or sourced for use in sponsored video and display campaigns to maximize impact. Finally, we targeted sponsored placements on competing product pages to bolster the brand's market share and win customers away from other brands.
