The Beginning

After a couple of years on Amazon, the brand's advertising sales had stagnated, and their return on ad spend (ROAS) began to decrease. Feeling they were falling behind the competition, they requested help to improve sponsored campaign performance.

Our Strategy

We initiated a thorough analysis of the Tent Stake category on Amazon to uncover competitive opportunities within the segment. Leveraging Algofy's AI PPC advertising platform, we utilized advanced features like smart bidding rules aligned with the brand's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resulting in enhanced ad sales and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Capitalizing on existing branded traffic on the marketplace, we strategically promoted new product launches while safeguarding sponsored placements at the forefront of branded search results. Through rigorous testing, we identified high-performing non-branded keywords such as "beach stake" or "tent stake heavy duty," optimizing our ability to capture market share effectively. To elevate visibility and engagement during peak seasons, we launched sponsored video and display campaigns, enabling the brand to stand out amidst competition. Additionally, we extended our reach beyond Amazon by launching Amazon DSP campaigns, expanding our targeting capabilities to reach desired audiences through Display and Streaming TV (OTT) formats off-Amazon.
