The Beginning

The brand launched on Amazon, and after several months, its performance did not meet expectations. The product listings and storefront were already well optimized, but the brand was unsatisfied with advertising performance. They were investing heavily, but efficiency and sales volume were low. As a result, they partnered with Algofy's team to help increase growth and profitability through an effective PPC strategy.

Our Strategy

We first audited the existing campaigns and immediately took action to reduce spend on poor-performing keywords. We then took steps to scale ad sales efficiently with the help of our AI advertising management platform, which allowed us to leverage advanced features like custom smart bidding rules specific to the brand's KPIs. This also drove improvements by lowering the high cost-per-click (CPC) rates in the highly competitive category.

Over time, it was necessary to review performance and identify high-performing non-branded keywords, such as "sustainable hand soap" or "vegan hand soap," to compete for market share. High-quality creative assets were created or sourced for use in sponsored video and display campaigns to maximize impact. Finally, we targeted sponsored placements on competing product pages to bolster the brand's market share and win customers away from other brands.
